A 20 minute film to change the world!
When meeting Naomi McDougall Jones, the brilliant director who helped to create Cracked with the extraordinary Kiwi Callahan, I told her I wanted to create a film to change the world.
She kept asking me all the right questions – What do you mean change the world? How do you plan on doing that? How will you use the film to do that? What exactly does the film need to look like to do that?
I kept saying I don’t know. We just have to make it and see. I was in complete surrender which is not always easy for me.
It was a calling. One that I was especially confused about getting since I didn’t even own a TV for about 10 years. I kept asking “Are you sure this message is for me? Are you sure I am supposed to make a film?”
And now, here we are on launch day!!! Cracked is finally ready to be in the world!!!
Today is the day because 11/11 has a spiritual meaning of divine alignment for me and it is also Veteran’s Day. My father was a proud Marine as you’ll see in the film.
I still have no idea who it will impact or how. All I know is it feels like more than just a film. It feels like a movement to inspire more hope and healing in our world. And YOU get to be part of the very beginning of it all!!!
My wildest dream is to crack open the hearts of 1,000,000 people, including yours hopefully. Yes, ONE MILLION!!! (Ugh, now I said it out loud!!!)
